Coach
Keith started Crossfit in 2008 when he began training to enlist in the United States Navy. He has been coaching for over 5 years and has become passionate about the multi-disciplinary approach Crossfit provides with its programming. Keith is determined to use the fitness he gained through Crossfit in various capacities. Currently Keith is an avid trailrunner, Brazilian-Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and Mixed Martial Arts practitioner. He loves seeing the immediate benefits of functional fitness on the athletes he coaches and aims to lead from the front on the path to health, wellness, and longevity the Crossfit lifestyle provides. Outside of the gym Keith likes to play the piano, read great literature, and spend time with his wife.
